Each package includes either a single journey or round-trip tickets, together with one the House of Dancing Water admission ticket (zone selection only; no seat selection available). 7. Weekdays refer to Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Holidays refer to Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
8. Ticket redemption for The House of Dancing Water: All orders will receive a confirmation letter via WhatsApp or email on the second working day, which will include your e‑ticket. Please check the email address or WhatsApp number you registered when purchasing. You can enter directly by scanning the code and presenting a valid ID card or passport.
9. Ticket purchase requires real‑name registration (name + mobile number + valid ID). Tickets are for personal use only and cannot be transferred or split.
10. Tickets must be used on the specified date of purchase and are valid for one entry only.
11. As the show involves pyrotechnics, children aged 12 or below must be accompanied by at least one adult. Children under 6 are not recommended to attend the performance.

2.          Business hours for Guangzhou Bonski:

A.          Off-Season: 10:30–20:30 (Snow Play Area closes at 18:00). Applies to dates other than peak season and shoulder season

B.          Shoulder Season: 10:00–21:30. Applies to Saturdays and Sundays; the 10 days before the Chinese New Year statutory holidays and 7 days after; weekdays (Monday to Friday) in July and August; and the Christmas period from December 19 to 27

C.          Peak Season: 9:30–22:00. Applies to national statutory holidays and weekends (Saturday and Sunday) in July and August

3.          Skiing packages are same for adult and children and must be made 1 day in advance.

4.          All ticket types will no need to select sessions when purchase in 2026. The beginner slope have been adjusted to “Honey Bear’ & “Penguins”.

5.          All packages are included skiing equipment.

6.          Ski Pass Policies: Real-name registration is implemented for admission and ticketing. Valid personal identification (ID card/passport/Home Return Permit/HK-Macau ID, etc.) and a ski pass are required for admission.

7.          Minor visitors must book using their own valid ID documents and enter the snow park together with the accompanying adult ticket holder.

8.          Hotel package with Ice and Snow includes 2 unlimited admission tickets and valid for single use on either the check-in day or the following day. For Sunac Land admission tickets, also valid for single use on the check-in day or the following day, with initial redemption required at the counter.

9.          Hotel package with Skiing includes 2 unlimited beginner admission tickets and valid for single use on either the check-in day or the following day. 10.      Hotel check-in/check-out times: Check-in starts at 15:00, and check-out is by 12:00 noon the following day.
