Notes:

1. Customer must at least present one Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents/HK ID card (both permanent and non-permanent residents are acceptable)/passport for each room when check-in. Check-in cannot be processed if the guest fails to present the relevant documents.
2. Each room can allows one 1.2m or below children for free buffet only and required to purchase coach tickets separately.
3. Packages offer access to indoor and outdoor swimming pools, an outdoor children's playground and a gym.
4. Meal ordering and holiday surcharge policies are subject to the hotel’s regulations.
5. The West Lake boat tours operate during the daytime from Monday to Sunday, and in the evenings from Friday to Sunday between 19:00 and 22:00. They are not available on public holidays, and the exact schedule is subject to the scenic area’s arrangements. Visitors may choose either a sightseeing boat or a traditional flat-bottomed West Lake boat No.1.
6. All special requests are subject to hotel arrangements. Changes, cancellations and refunds are not accept if hotel unable to fulfilled.
