Notes:

1. This promotion is only available to members. Users must register as a member via the Mini Program before purchasing the top up offer.

2. The top up offer and reward amounts are only valid for use on the mini program platform. They are not applicable to other online & offline (ticketing centers) channels, and cannot be used across platforms.

3. Purchased top up amounts cannot be refunded in cash and will not earn interest.  

4. Each user has a maximum top up limit of HK$30,000. top ups exceeding this limit will not be accepted.  

5. Reward amounts can be used to purchase tickets for most routes, except for the following:

6. Once top upd successfully, reward amounts can be viewed in the "Personal Centre" section.

7. To use your reward amounts, go to "Personal Centre" → "Reward Amounts," enter the desired amount, and generate a coupon. Use the coupon at checkout when purchasing tickets.

8. The reward amounts can be exchanged separately. You need to use the actual payment amount as the face value of the coupon.

9. Coupons that have been successfully redeemed cannot be revoked.

10. If the face value of the coupon is greater than the actual payment amount, the difference in the discount will not be refunded.

11. Reward amounts must be redeemed in whole numbers (no decimals).

12. Reward amounts can be redeemed as coupons from the date of purchase until 30 June 2026 at 23:59. Expired rewards will be forfeited.

13. All coupons are valid until 30 June 2026 once redeemed. Redeemed coupons cannot be modified or converted back into reward amounts.

14. Coupons are issued in the member's default currency.

15. Reward amounts cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, transferred, gifted, or sold to others.

16. Only one coupon can be used per order. Coupons cannot be stacked.  

17. Reward amounts cannot be combined with other promotional activities or offers.

18. Reward amounts can only be used to purchase tickets and not for other products, including but not limited to coupons.  

19. In the event of a top up refund, any redeemed reward amounts will be deducted before processing the refund.

20. For ticket refunds or changes, only the actual payment amount or points will be refunded. Reward amounts and coupons will not be refunded. Fees will be calculated according to the [Refund and Change Policy].

21. Trans-Island Chinalink reserves the sole and absolute right of final interpretation for these terms and conditions. In case of disputes, Trans-Island Chinalink reserves the right to the final decision and may amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
