Rescheduling arrangements for the recent pneumonia incident

Passengers who need to change their itinerary due to recent Pneumonia issue can go to our retail shops or contact our customer service representative for  revision. If passengers cannot determine the travel time at the moment, the ticket can be temporarily changed to Open and valid for 6 months count from the original boarding date. Sorry that we have no refund arrangement at the moment. 

If the shift of the bus was cancelled, customer can arrange refund at the shop that the ticket purchased or contact our customer service representative for inquiries.
